The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Either the Player or the Platform may close an Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact support.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and pending bet settlement.
